Juliette Binoche has had a long career in Hollywood, starring alongside leading men like Johnny Depp. But although the actress is now in her 50s (51 to be exact), she's not concerned about aging in the spotlight.
“Youth is until the end of your life! Of course there are physical changes, but this I can cope with," the 'Chocolat' star tells 'Porter' magazine. "I’m working with my body, so I train, I eat well."

She's also not a fan of the stigma that surrounds old age. "Getting older does not have to be the loss of power; you have to find a new power," she shares. "Let go of the possession of power and get into another layer of yourself.”
While Juliette is all about hanging onto her youth, she feels differently about certain events from her past. "In letting go, whether it is divorce, getting fired or a big deception, you have to descend," she tells 'Porter.' "Everything has to collapse in order to gain something.”
