At age 80, Judi Dench has never been happier — or more in love!
In a new interview, the actress opened up about growing older and dating after losing her husband of 30 years, Michael Williams, to cancer in 2001.
"It’s wonderful to be in love," she gushed of her conservationist boyfriend, David Mills. "That state when you’re glad to see somebody and they make you laugh and you just like being with them."

When's she not working — her newest film, 'The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel' hits theaters today — Judi said she enjoys spending quiet nights at her home with David.
Judi has previously noted the couple — who first met in 2010 — are perfectly content with their low-key relationship and are "much too independent" to move-in together or get married.
"He is so lovely, with a great sense of humor," she told 'Time' magazine last December. "Now it's absolutely wonderful because there's somebody who makes me laugh. Isn't it lovely?"

As for growing older? The mother-of-one said she hardly pays attention to age and doubts she's matured throughout her lengthy career in the spotlight.
"I don’t think I’ve got any more sensible or grown-up at all. I found a card the other day that read 'Don’t grow up — it’s against the rules,' which I thought was just wonderful," she quipped.
