Six years after her death, Bea Arthur's home has sold for $14.9 million.
The 7,000-square-foot Spanish-style house owned by the late The Golden Girls star is located in LA's Brentwood neighborhood and includes five bedrooms and six full bathrooms, according to the property's listing on Trulia.
Built in 1924 and nestled on nearly four acres of land, the home additionally features a large living room with beamed ceilings, a formal dining room, media room and gourmet kitchen. The home's exterior includes a resort-style pool, spa, tennis court and manicured hiking trails with waterfalls.
Bea — who starred as Dorothy Zbornak on The Golden Girls from 1985 until 1992 — reportedly bought the property in 1980 for $550,500. The actress, who is also known for appearing on TV shows All in the Family and Maude, passed away from cancer at age 86 in April 2009.
