Jennifer Garner And Beau John Miller’s Friends Reportedly Wouldn’t Be Surprised If They ‘Got Engaged By Summer’

Could Jennifer Garner be the next lady in Hollywood to walk down the aisle? She just might be! According to Us Weekly, the Peppermint actress and her businessman beau, John Miller, are apparently “more in love than ever,” a source recently revealed. And the timing is perfect for the two lovebirds to say “I do” considering Jen’s divorce from her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, was finalized in October 2018. In fact, a proposal may come sooner rather than later for the 46-year-old who supposedly “admires John because he is just normal,” the source added. “No one would be surprised if they got engaged by summer” and “John has discussed marrying Jen.” How exciting!

Things have been heating up between Jen and John ever since the couple allegedly began dating in the late spring of 2018. The relationship even got off to a quick start after an insider revealed in October 2018 that they were “getting pretty serious” after dating for just six months. Jen must really like John considering he’s even reportedly met her kids, Violet, 13, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6. As a matter of fact, Ben supposedly wasn’t too happy to hear the news that his ex-wife’s new beau was hanging out with his kiddos. “When Ben and Jen met up with the kids, they kept talking about mommy’s new friend and how much fun he was,” a source told Heat Magazine in November 2018. “They were saying how [John] knows how to cook and doesn’t like alcohol, which really got to Ben.”

Not only does Ben allegedly hate the idea of another man being around his kids, but he apparently isn’t too fond of Jen’s new relationship either. According to In Touch Weekly, the Batman star is not a fan of the burger CEO. An insider told the outlet in December that “Ben is used to his ex-wife dropping everything for him, but that’s all changed and he’s no longer at the top of her list of priorities.” The insider added that the 46-year-old can’t even hear John’s name. “He winces whenever Jen brings up John’s name,” the source shared. “He can’t help finding faults with him, even though John’s the nicest guy and hasn’t done anything wrong.” Poor Ben! Luckily for him, Jen has been by her ex-hubby’s side even after the couple’s divorced was finalized. And though she has a new man now, the Miss Congeniality actress has reportedly been keeping Ben on track with his sobriety and the two have even been spotted doing things together with their kids as a family. Co-parenting win!
