The duo has been married since 2010 and have two kids — daughters Hazel, 5, and Violet, 3. Not only have the Mary Poppins Returns star, 36, and The Office alum, 40, kept their family strong, but they’ve done it all while balancing their successful careers. The pair have even been fortunate enough to star together in a film, 2018’s The Quiet Place.

“My favorite thing about shooting A Quiet Place for sure was working with John,” the actress told reporters in the 2019 SAG Awards press room after she won the trophy for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for the horror hit on January 27. “We had never [worked together] before and it is kind of the great unknown. You go into this process not knowing what it’s going to be like. A lot of people were like, ‘You’re going to be divorced by the end of it,’ but we were so much closer. I think the discovery of how we collaborated and could create something together was just so special.”

While accepting her well-deserved award, Emily said, “Oh my goodness me. Guys — that truly has completely blown my slicked hair back …  Thank you so, so, so much. I am so moved and completely lost for words and unprepared,” before then proceeding to gush about her man.

“I am going to share this completely with my husband, John Krasinski, who, because the entire experience of doing this with you has completely pierced my heart directly,” the British star said. “You are a stunning filmmaker. I’m so lucky to be with you and to have done this film with you. Thank you for giving me the part.” So sweet! It should be very clear that the love is real, folks.
