Even though she reportedly hasn't officially decided on her 'do quite yet, hairstylist Mathew Soobroy recently told the UK's Express that Eugenie, 28, could be looking for inspiration from Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton's younger sister Pippa Middleton's wedding day updos.
"Princess Eugenie usually chooses traditional hair styles, particularly above shoulder, mid-length hair with soft curls. I think that Eugenie will keep her hairstyle looking classic and traditional for her wedding day in October," Soobroy explained. "Taking inspiration from Meghan, the low chignon bun would be an elegant and romantic look for Eugenie. To create the fullness and thickness of Meghan's bun, Eugenie could add hair extensions."
Although Meghan's wedding dress got mixed reviews from royal fans, her wedding to Prince Harry was definitely one of the most elegant events of the year. The Duchess' loose updo hairstyle was also flawless so if Eugenie did something similar, she'd be in perfect company.
"Eugenie looks beautiful with her hair up, perhaps in a Hepburn-inspired chignon bun, kept soft around the face with a loose parting and a few tresses of hair out of the bun," Soobroy continued.
"Another big wedding trend this season has been the headband, as worn by both Meghan and Pippa as well as jeweled clips. These are perfect for adding lovely decoration to a low bun knot," he added. Whatever Eugenie decides to do for her wedding day look, we know she'll look gorgeous at her upcoming fall nuptials to Jack Brooksbank — we can't wait to see the royal wedding pics!
