Lookin’ good, Princess Eugenie! The 28-year-old seems to have shed some pounds ahead of her royal wedding tomorrow — and looks absolutely fabulous post-weight loss, if you ask us!

“Princess Eugenie has a gorgeous shape with all the right curves but it does appear more recently she may have shed some body fat in prep for her wedding,” a personal trainer named Jess Tonking recently told The Express UK.

“If she has been following a weight training program it’s hard to determine how much weight she has lost due to muscle gain. I believe she may have lost three percent body fat (four pounds of fat loss) in the six weeks since [Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s] royal wedding,” Tonking continued.

“Half a percent a week is a healthy and manageable amount of fat loss which can be maintained,” the trainer added. “It may not sound like a lot but this is a great achievement, everyone should focus more on fat loss percentage rather than weight.”

During a previous interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Eugenie herself opened up about her usual workout regimen. “I get up around 6:45 to start exercising by 7… I go to the park from 7 to 8. I do circuits, which I love because they’re quick: burpees, squat jumps, lunges, the whole lot. It’s much better, as I can’t run for a long time,” she explained.

“Or I go with my best friend to this amazing, women-only gym called Grace Belgravia. If I need to pick up some groceries, I go to Waitrose, right next to my gym,” Eugenie continued. “In the morning class, I can smell the fresh croissants coming in and I’m like, ‘Don’t do this to me!'”

As for her diet, Eugenie noted that she tries to eat healthy foods on a regular basis. “For lunch, I walk over to the Detox Kitchen, which is right across Regent Street in Kingly Court. They do the best food, all healthy. There’s often a queue outside. I try to not eat at my desk because it’s good to go outside, especially in the summer, and it’s always fun to explore Soho. During the day I drink everything from green tea to coffee, Diet Coke to fizzy water,” she shared.
