Royals Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been having so much fun during their royal tour of Morocco and when they visited the Moroccan Royal Federation of Equestrian Sports on Monday, February 25, the two animal-lovers learned all about equine therapy for kids.

Harry, 43, and Meghan, 37, have apparently been learning everything they can about children and being new parents before welcoming their first royal baby this spring. A royal insider exclusively told Closer Weekly that the couple has even picked up a few baby books so they can be hands-on parents to little Baby Sussex.

“They started reading up on this as soon as they found out they were expecting,” the source explained. “They want to do everything right. Some members of the royal family are skeptical at how the duke and duchess intend to defy the usual protocol but they’re determined to do things their way.”

“They are going to be even more hands-on than [Prince] William and Kate [Middleton], and that’s saying something!” the insider added.

Meghan visited the horses wearing a green jacket by J.Crew and Stuart Weitzman boots, which are, not surprisingly, now sold out. Harry also dressed-down for the outing and looked cozy wearing a black puffer jacket, khakis and tan shoes.

At the federation, Harry and Meghan met Louis Broski, who is the founder of the Centre Social Kariat, an organization that helps to empower disabled kids with animal therapy. “We started with donkey riding and then we moved into horse riding,” Louis explained, according to People. “We are shepherding sheep with the children and they have their own rabbits and chickens in their own plot. It is animal therapy.”

Louis also said that the royal couple was “very gentle” with the children and horses and “Harry was interested in what we are doing.”

One of the teachers in the organization, Zachary Atali, also said Harry and Meghan were “very nice” to everyone they met. “They asked us lots of questions like how do you feel when you ride in the ponies. And we feel happy and very at ease,” he noted.

Before they visited the federation, Harry and Meghan got to visit the Andalusian Gardens to learn about women’s education and youth empowerment. Looks like they had such a fun trip!
