New Photos!Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Visit the Andalusian Gardens During Their Final Day in Morocco
Following Meghan Markle‘s two-day baby shower last week in New York City, the pregnant Duchess of Sussex and her husband, Prince Harry, traveled to Morocco on Saturday, February 23. So far during their trip to Africa, the royal couple has bonded with schoolchildren, attended a fancy dinner and the former Suits actress even got a non-permanent henna tattoo for “good luck.”
During the final day of their royal tour in beautiful Morocco, Meghan, 37, and Harry, 34, visited the Andalusian Gardens to learn about women’s education and youth empowerment — two important causes that they both support. While exploring the gorgeous public garden overflowing with exotic plants, flowers and fruit trees, Meg and Harry chatted with visitors and saw traditional Moroccan arts and crafts on display. Earlier in the morning, the parents-to-be also visited an animal therapy center and watched a cooking demonstration.
On the second day of their tour on Sunday, February 24, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex headed to the “Education For All” boarding house and met with local students and their teachers. Their visit to Morocco was expected to conclude on Monday, February 25, however, Harry and Meg decided to stay privately for an extra night and will not be returning to London until Tuesday, February 26.
