It’s been over four months since Pippa Middleton welcomed her little bundle of joy, Arthur Michael William, with her husband, James Matthews. Making her first red-carpet appearance since welcoming her first child in October, the sister of Kate Middleton was glowing as she attended The Beating Hearts Ball in support of The British Heart Foundation at London’s Guildhall on Wednesday, February 27.

The 35-year-old stepped out for the gala and came dressed to impress as she donned a stunning multi-colored floor-length Alice Temperley gown with impressive detail. Pippa showed off her gorgeous face by opting for an updo with a halo braid. The mom-of-one also accessorized her look with a red clutch. Take a look at pics of Pippa from the gala below!

The event was close to Pippa’s heart considering she’s an ambassador for the organization. At the gala, the brunette beauty gave a powerful speech — she even gushed to the audience about baby Arthur! “Since becoming a British Heart Foundation Ambassador five years ago, I have become a mother,” Pippa said at the event. “And being a parent now myself, I appreciate even more acutely the importance of helping those who are born with or develop heart and circulatory diseases. They deserve the gift of a healthy life.”

She continued, “By supporting the BHF’s Beating Hearts Ball, I have the joy of knowing that the evening brings direct benefit not only to the patients but to hospitals and research teams throughout the UK.”

Just as the Duchess of Cambridge, 37, did with her three kiddos, Pippa also gave birth to her first baby in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital. But it looks like she’s going to have to catch up to her big sister! Apparently, that is the plan considering a source told People that the two lovebirds are looking forward to settling down and “having children and leading a quiet life.”

Their baby will have quite the amount of cousins too. Along with Kate and Prince William‘s kids, Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and Prince Louis, 10 months, Arthur also has cousins from James’ family’s side. And even though they’re not technically going to be cousins, hopefully, Arthur will have a new friend in Meghan Markle and Prince Harry‘s baby who is expected to arrive this spring.
