Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton Spending Thanksgiving With Their Families in Oklahoma This Year
Celebrity couple Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have some big plans this Thanksgiving. Instead of spending the holiday alone with Gwen’s three kids, they’re going to fly somewhere special with both of their families.
“We all fly out to Oklahoma, like 30 of us,” Gwen recently explained to Entertainment Tonight. “Blake has this bed and breakfast hotel that we all stay at and it’s just pretty incredible.”
The “Misery” singer and her beau have been spending Thanksgiving together in Oklahoma for the last four years. However, this time, Blake says, “it might be more than that” because both of their families will be coming along for the ride this time.
“We’re taking all the Stefanis and then the Shelton bunch are gonna meet up there and just literally [spend] like, five days away,” he said.
The best part is what happens once they reach Oklahoma. Gwen doesn’t have to worry about cooking a big meal by herself because everyone chips in. “We have fun, we all cook together,” she gushed. “It’s fun.”
Gwen’s kids also love spending time with Blake. Even though the country crooner doesn’t have children of his own, he treats his lover’s three boys like they were his blood. “He is a good dad, actually,” Gwen previously said on the Today show to Hoda Kotb. “He’s been helping me out a lot, so I literally get to the point where I’m like, ‘You gotta get home, I need help.’ It’s hard. I got three boys.”
All that help will be great come Thanksgiving! Blake definitely seems like the type of guy who will help his girlfriend out whenever she needs it. After all, the holidays are all about giving and spending time with your loved ones.
“He’s a magical person … I actually am so obsessed with Blake Shelton that I went back and I watched old interviews between you guys because I’m so fascinated that he was alive back then [and] I didn’t know him,” Gwen gushed again to Hoda.
No doubt, these two are going to have a great time together for the holidays!
