Brad Pitt and Charlize Theron May Keep Their Relationship Quiet

Keeping it on the down low? Big time movie stars Brad Pitt and Charlize Theron are apparently keeping their alleged new relationship hush-hush.

The public went nuts when news came out that Brad, 55, and Charlize, 43, were spotted quite close at an A-list event on January 12. In fact, it seems there have “always been sparks” between the pair. But now that everyone is talking about “Bralize,” it seems the twosome doesn’t want this news to get out of hand. “They’re being cautious, but I’ve heard both sides — that they’ve secretly hooked up and decided to stay mum about it,” an insider recently told In Touch Weekly. “Also heard that they’re into each and it’s just a matter of time before they do hook up. They know the snowball effect it will have for their privacy and that of their kids, which is already under a microscope.”

The source added that the rumored couple grew “closer” in the years since Brad’s divorce from Angelina Jolie. “They talk more, there’s a friendly flirting [and] definitely a mutual attraction. Absolute chemistry,” the insider confessed. With all the major attention that the Seven star got from his split with his now ex-wife, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that they want to keep any sort of romance quiet for as long as they can, especially since they understand the lives of their kids will also come into play.

Brad shares six kids with the Maleficent actress: Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 12, and twins Vivienne and Knox, both 10. As for Charlize, she has adopted two children as a single mom: 7-year-old Jackson and 3-year-old August. The source added that the possibility of creating a blended family may actually bring the pair together. “Besides the chemistry, Brad and Charlize are a good match [because] they have similar family values and ideals. It’s just a matter of time before they make it public,” the insider revealed.

Now we all just have to wait and see if they make it official!
