Since they announced they were “taking a break” last August, there have been a number of signs that things may be back on track for Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
The couple were spotted dining together in New York several times in recent weeks and Michael shared some pictures of the family skiing trip in Quebec - with Catherine by his side.
Speaking at the UNICEF ball last night, he gave the strongest hint yet that the A-list couple are back on.
When asked how he and Catherine celebrated Michael’s Golden Globe win, the actor replied, “Well Catherine is back east, we live back east in New York and I can’t keep telling her how nice the weather is out here!”
The actor added, “They’ve been having a pretty rough winter but the kids were able to stay up late enough when I found out what time my award was going to be up for. So they’re really excited about it...”
Michael also talked about how nice it was for him to work near home on his latest project, the film “And So It Goes,” which co-stars Diane Keaton.
“I was fortunate the third [film] that is coming out…is actually in Connecticut and New York so I was able to be home,” the 69-year-old said.
