Judging by Queen Elizabeth‘s latest look, we’re guessing that she can’t wait for spring! The 92-year-old royal looked amazing when she stepped out in a bright peach outfit with a matching peach hat for Sunday service at St Peter and St Paul’s church in Norfolk, England on Sunday, February 3.

Since it wasn’t that hard to spot the Queen because of her colorful attire, royal onlookers lined up outside of the church to take a few quick snaps of the monarch before she had to head back to Buckingham Palace. In the documentary The Queen at 90, Queen Elizabeth’s daughter-in-law Sophie, Countess of Wessex explained why Her Majesty likes to step out in colorful clothes.

“She needs to stand out for people to be able to say ‘I saw the Queen,'” Sophie, 54, explained in the film. “Don’t forget that when she turns up somewhere, the crowds are two, three, four, 10, 15 deep, and someone wants to be able to say they saw a bit of the Queen’s hat as she went past.”

According to Caroline de Guitaut, the curator at the Royal Collection Trust, Queen Elizabeth almost always wears hats because it “[enables] people who want to catch a glimpse of her to spot her immediately.” Guitaut previously told The New York Times, “Almost every hat she wears is strategic, ensuring her face is fully visible but also framed in a range of styles over the years that were often considered very avant-garde for their day.” We would have never guessed!

Queen Elizabeth’s handbag is quite the fashion staple, too. Royal historian Hugo Vickers previously told People that the monarch owns over 200 of her favorite black Launer bags and sometimes uses her purse to send secret messages to her royal staff. So interesting!

Vickers explained that it wouldn’t be good if you saw the Queen move her handbag from one arm to the next while speaking with her because it means she’s ready to leave the event.

The Queen’s latest outing isn’t the first time she’s worn her stunning peach coat and hat. She previously sported the same outfit in January 2014 when she attended a Sunday church service with her husband, Prince Philip.
