You ever look around your current residence and say, “Boy, I sure wish I lived in a larger place so I could finally take all my clothes out of that box in the corner of my room and put it in a closet”? Yes? Well, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle know your pain. Well, they don’t at all. But they reportedly do want to move to a bigger property.

According to the Daily Mail, insiders revealed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are pretty eager to move out of the two-bedroom Nottingham Cottage at Kensington Palace they are currently in and move into a place big enough to raise their family.

Insiders believe that Queen Elizabeth’s cousin, the Duke of Gloucester, and his wife Birgitte, Duchess of Gloucester, are expected to move out of their huge 21-room apartment in order to make room for Harry and Meghan. I sure hope 21 rooms are enough for the young couple. But not so fast, at least according to one of Birgitte’s friends.

“Birgitte doesn’t want to leave,” the friend said. “And why should she? She and her husband are still full-time working members of ‘The Firm’ and they were given their apartment by Her Majesty.” Well, this is awkward now.

There are plenty of mixed messages happening from both sides, as one source said, “Harry and Meghan want to move and need more space, but they don’t want to live next door to [Prince] William and [Kate Middleton]. They will soon have separate offices and separate lives, so it would make sense for them to live further afield.”

“There is no reason why their London home has to be at Kensington Palace,” the source added. “There are plenty of other options, including using their own money to buy their own place.” Why do I feel like there is a House Hunters episode featuring Harry and Meghan being made soon?
