Fit for a princess! According to a new report, Princess Charlotte‘s lavish Kensington Palace bedroom is “every little girl’s dream” and includes toys and treasures that are “worth a fortune.”

“She is still so young, but Charlotte has things that most adults could only wish for,” a source told OK! magazine in a recent issue. “She owns the most expensive toys and attends one of London’s most prestigious preschools. She truly has it all.”

“Charlotte’s bedroom is every little girl’s dream. It has so many toys and treasures that are worth a fortune,” the insider shared, adding that Kate Middleton and Prince William‘s daughter has a closet full of designer dresses and costumes. “[She is] one of the luckiest children in the world. Her life is a total fairytale.”

As if Charlotte’s bedroom isn’t amazing enough, the three-year-old also reportedly plays with a — wait for it — $1 million dollhouse. “She loves rearranging the rooms and dressing up her dolls in charming outfits that are similar to hers,” the source said of the antique dollhouse that’s been in the royal family for nearly a century.

And when she’s not hanging out in her posh Kensington Palace bedroom, Charlotte allegedly enjoys paying her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth a visit at her Buckingham Palace home. “Sleepovers at ‘Gan-Gan’s’ house are one of her favorite things,” the insider shared, adding that the Queen and Charlotte have “really bonded” over their joint love of animals. “The Queen has always adored horses, and still rides at 92! So when Charlotte stays over they like to go and say hello to the ponies.”
