Still working towards feeling better! Meghan Markle just recently had her first baby, but the duchess may need some time before she’s at 100 percent again.

“Meghan is still recovering from the birth so doctors have recommended that she waits a couple of weeks before getting back into yoga,” a source exclusively tells Closer Weekly. “She hasn’t had much time to herself since the baby was born, but to switch off she’s been meditating with [her mom] Doria [Ragland]. Once her body has recovered she’ll be heading straight back to her private yoga studio at Frogmore [Cottage] — she finds that the practice not only keeps her toned but also helps her stay focused,” the insider added.

The former actress, 37, and her husband, Prince Harry, gave birth to their still unnamed baby boy on Monday, May 6.

“We are pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their firstborn child in the early morning on May 6th, 2019. Their Royal Highnesses’ son weighs 7lbs. 3oz,” a post on the royal couple’s Instagram read. “The Duchess and baby are both healthy and well, and the couple thank members of the public for their shared excitement and support during this very special time in their lives. More details will be shared in the forthcoming days.”

The pair is of course ecstatic about their newborn. “It’s magic, it’s pretty amazing,” the Suits alum gushed on Wednesday, May 8, in her first interview since she gave birth. “I mean, I have the two best guys in the world so I’m really happy.” And that “best guy” was filled with joy too.

“Everyone says that babies changed so much over two weeks,” the Duke of Sussex, 34, added when asked who the baby looks like. “We’re basically monitoring how the changing process happens over the next month, really. His looks are changing every single day, so who knows.”

The two did joke that the little one already has “a little bit of facial hair” and they think that’s “wonderful.”

We’re so happy to see the trio is doing very well, and we hope that Meghan recovers soon!
