Still so in love! Julia Roberts opened up in a new interview about her personal secret to a happy life. The A-lister, 50, said she finds a substantial amount of joy in her 15-year marriage to husband Danny Moder.
"Marry the right person, give birth to a redhead, and have great girlfriends,” Julia said in a December 2017 cover story with InStyle, advising others to take a few cues from her own life choices. Of course, the “redhead” the Pretty Woman star is referring to is her 12-year-old son, Phinnaeus, aka “Finn.” Julia also shares Finn’s twin sister, Hazel, and son Henry, 10, with her 48-year-old hubby.

During her chat with the fashion mag, the Academy Award winner — who was previously married to musician Lyle Lovett from 1993 to 1995 — also spoke about the ways motherhood fulfills her. "All the clichés are true. I’m so proud of them,” she gushed of her three kids, before joking, “But also, I tried to carry somebody up to bed the other night, and [I just couldn’t]."
According to Julia, who kicked off her film career in 1987’s Firehouse, she can hardly believe all she’s accomplished over the past several decades. Despite the stigma of aging in Hollywood, Julia told InStyle that she is welcoming the process of growing older with opens arms.
"I always love my birthday," the showbiz vet — who turned 50 on Oct. 28 — said, adding that male actors are never questioned about their age. “There’s nothing different about this birthday than any other one. Really, people? Are we still in that space? Did anyone ever go over this with George Clooney or Brad [Pitt] before their 50th birthdays?”
