Jane, who’s a proud mom to her four kids — Katherine, 38, Sean, 34, and twins John and Kristopher, both 24 — loves spending time with Willa. The Live and Let Die star gushed about her granddaughter following in her acting footsteps when she spoke with Closer Weekly on Sunday, February 9.

“The grandkids, they’re wonderful,” Jane shared. “Actually one grandkid, Willa is 6, almost 7. She’s just won two acting awards for a movie her mother [Katherine] has directed and written … it’s a short movie called Towns, it’s great.”

“So, now it looks like we have another actress in the family,” the two-time Golden Globe winner added. In an October 2019 interview, Jane also gushed to Closer about the sweet moments she gets to have with her grandkids.

“I took my granddaughters to a premiere last night for the very first time, I wanted them to see what Oma does, that’s what they call me,” the Somewhere in Time actress said.

“The 6-year-old [Willa] wants to be a ballet dancer. So she was very excited because I was at a premiere of a movie I executive produced called High String Free Dance and I’m in it and I play a dancer, so she’s so excited,” Jane continued. “She’s having her first proper ballet lesson tomorrow and she got to be on the red carpet and she got people flashing and everything. And you know she’s never, she couldn’t even conceive that that’s what Oma does, you know? She just knows me as grandma.” How sweet!
