Not only did Tom Brady score on the football field Sunday night but he also scored off the field by having the best wife in Gisele Bündchen! The Brazilian supermodel adorably supported her superstar husband as he led the New England Patriots to a triumphant win over the Kansas City Chiefs at the 2019 AFC Championship Game on Sunday, January 20.

The 38-year-old first posted a video on her Instagram Story of her screaming “Yes!” multiple times and jumping for joy as she watched the game at home on TV. Following the Patriots’ victory, Gisele also shared a sweet clip of her hubby during a post-game interview with a bunch of heart emojis.

Tom, 41, reciprocated the love when he professed his appreciation for Gisele mid-interview following the team’s monumental win. As Tom said, “I just want to say hi to my wife,” on-screen, Gisele could be heard saying, “Love you, baby,” in her Instagram Story. Tom will lead the Patriots to the Super Bowl following a rough start to their season after they suffered back-to-back double-digit losses for the first time since 2002.

Gisele, who shares daughter Vivian, 4, and son Benjamin, 9, with Tom, has cheered on her hubby every season he’s played since they tied the knot in 2009. And she’s even remained his No. 1 fan despite trying several times to get him to retire from football.

During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last month, the mom-of-two expressed her feelings towards her husband’s future retirement. “I haven’t been very successful,” Gisele admitted about trying to get her hubby to throw in the towel. “I want him to do whatever makes him happy, but maybe if you have a conversation with him,” she joked to host Ellen DeGeneres.

Even though fans aren’t ready for Tom to retire just yet, Gisele explained to CBS This Morning in May 2017 that she’s just looking out for his health. “He had a concussion last year,” she said when host Charlie Rose asked about Tom’s future in football. “He had pretty much concussions every, I mean we don’t talk about, but he does have concussions. I don’t think it’s a healthy thing for a body to go through that kind of aggression all the time. That can’t be healthy for you.”

Though she has expressed concerns about the superstar quarterback, Tom has previously stated that he wants to play into his mid-40s. “I definitely wouldn’t want to have his job … it’s definitely something that you get concerned [about]. He loves it so much, and you got to let him do what he loves,” she said.

Despite wanting him to hang up his jersey for good, we bet Gisele will miss the days of cheering on her husband when he’s no longer playing football. Until then, the author will continue to be Tom’s biggest supporter — so cute!
