Well if so, you’re in luck because Us Weekly recently uncovered Gisele Bundchen‘s unique daily A.M. routine in her new memoir, Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life. Keep reading to find out how Gisele starts her day! 

Oil Pulling

After waking up between 5 and 6 a.m., Gisele gets her day going by oil pulling, which is the act of swishing coconut oil around in your mouth. So why exactly is this a good way to start your day? According to the 38-year-old supermodel, she oil pulls for 15 minutes each morning “to clean out all the guck and detoxify teeth and gums.”

Meditation

Next, Gisele meditates and pairs the practice with a very specific pose. “What matters is sitting tall with your spine straight so energy can flow,” she wrote in her book.

Workout

The mom-of-two has an amazing body so it’s no surprise that Gisele prioritizes a workout first thing in the morning. Her favorite routine includes using the elliptical and she passes the time by listening to audiobooks or YouTube videos about “a subject that fascinates me — say a series about ancient Egypt or Greece,” she explained in her memoir.

Water

Next in her morning routine, Gisele takes a moment to hydrate by drinking a glass of lukewarm water with half of a lemon. She typically does this while making lunches for her kids, son Benjamin, 8, and daughter Vivian, 5. “I believe strongly in the old saying, ‘Let food by thy medicine,'” Gisele wrote in Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life.

Her Sanctuary

After her children leave for school, Gisele explained that she retreats to her “sanctuary,” a special space in her home filled with plants and crystals, to work and drink tea made with chamomile and mint from her property’s garden. How posh!
