Cue the happy tears. Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady are proud parents, and the couple took to Instagram on Wednesday, Dec. 5 to share sweet messages for their daughter, Vivian, on her sixth birthday.

Gisele posted a breathtaking photo of the mother-daughter duo doing yoga while wearing bathing suits. “Today is her day! My little sunshine brightens my everyday! There are no words to express how much I love you!” the 38-year-old model wrote with a heart and birthday celebration emojis. See Gisele’s photo below!

Football star Tom also shared sweet words for his only daughter. “Happy birthday Vivi! You have blessed us with the best six years of our life,” the New England Patriots quarterback gushed. “You are a gift to all of us and we love you so much!” The 41-year-old then said, “PS If anyone knows where I can buy a unicorn, please help me out…” Ha! While Vivian is the couple’s only daughter, Tom and Gisele share their son, eight-year-old Benjamin. Tom also has another son, 11-year-old Jack, who he shares with Bridget Moynahan.

Though Gisele loves being a mother, it hasn’t always been rainbows and butterflies for her. In fact, the Brazil native opened up about the struggles she’s faced during motherhood in a candid interview with People in September.

“When I became a mom, I kind of lost myself. It was like a part of me died,” Gisele admitted at the time. “I’d been this very independent person. It was all about me. But now I had this little being, and I suddenly felt l couldn’t do other things and that was very hard for me. All I ever wanted was to be a mom, but when you’re actually experiencing that, it’s a shock.”

Gisele especially felt burdened when she would have to travel for work. “I had all this horrible, self-imposed guilt. I thought what a terrible mother I was for leaving my child even for like a day,” Gisele explained. Bringing her kiddos along for work didn’t solve the issue, though. “I was feeling guilty for that too. Like, ‘Here we are on a plane and the baby is crying,'” she added.

However, Gisele has said that “there is no bigger love” she has experienced than the love she receives from her children. She has even said that her hubby and children, including Jack, who she refers to as her “bonus child,” are her “inspiration every day.” Family goals!
