It was a fun day in the sun for Eva Mendes and her two adorable daughters, 4-year-old Esmeralda Gosling and 3-year-old Amada Gosling. The Place Beyond the Pines star made a rare appearance with her and husband Ryan Gosling‘s little girls while heading to lunch in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles on Wednesday, May 29.

The 45-year-old beauty was spotted as she, Esmeralda and Amada made their way into the restaurant. Considering Eva and Ryan, 38, keep their personal lives on the down-low, fans of the Training Day actress jump at any glimpse into her life as a sweet mama-of-two.

Eva looked gorgeous as she hit the streets of Los Angeles with her two mini-mes. The 2 Fast 2 Furious actress had her hands full as she carried Amada with one arm and sweetly held Esmeralda’s with the other.

Eva showed off her incredible figure in her summertime ensemble. The brunette beauty wore a white tank top tucked into a matching high-waisted jean skirt that featured a sexy slit in the middle. Eva covered her shoulders with a cute coffee-colored cardigan with matching slip-on wedges. She also accessorized with a chic pair of sunglasses and a matching cross-body bag. So fashionable!

Eva’s daughters looked more adorable than ever in their brightly-colored outfits. Esmeralda donned a blue top with lace detail on the bottom paired with eye-catching rainbow leggings underneath. The toddler also wore electric purple sneakers — so cute!

Amada looked just as sweet as her big sister in a bright pink top paired with blueish-gray leggings. The adorable youngster also wore her dark brown hair up in two pony-tail buns!

Eva recently admitted on The Talk that she hopes Esmeralda and Amada will be bilingual soon. “I’m Cuban and we’re trying to teach the kids Spanish,” she explained, adding that “it’s harder than I thought.” Since Eva normally speaks a mix of Spanish and English — or “Spanglish”— at home, she joked that her and The Notebook star’s two daughters have been learning how to talk in a language that doesn’t actually exist.

Eva may be one of the most doting parents around, but she recently revealed that she never truly imagined herself having kids. “I was never one of those women who really wanted children, and then I fell in love with Ryan,” she told Women’s Health in April. “I was like, ‘Oh, I get it. I don’t want children, I want your children. I want your babies.”

Although Eva and Ryan keep their kids hush-hush, the celebrity couple and their little brood were most recently spotted as they left Kazu Sushi in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles in mid-May. Since becoming a dad, Ryan’s world has completely changed. “His priorities have definitely flipped; family is first now, career second,” the insider told Life & Style this past January. Aww!
