Angelina Jolie and Shiloh Jolie-Pitt are traveling the world together — for a good cause!
The actress and her nine-year-old daughter flew to southeastern Turkey for World Refugee Day on Saturday, June 20 as part of a humanitarian trip. During their stay, the mother-daughter duo visited a Syrian and Iraqi refugee camp and met with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to discuss the ongoing crisis in the nation's refugee community.

"We are here for a simple reason: This region is at the epicenter of a global crisis... Our world has never been richer or healthier or more advanced. Yet never before have so many people been dispossessed and stripped of their basic human rights," Angelina, 40, said in a statement released by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
