Victoria Beckham Reveals Her Bad Habit That Drives Husband David ‘Crazy’

If you want to love all of Victoria Beckham then you gotta accept her flaws, too! In the debut video of her VB on the Road YouTube series, the Spice Girls alum gave fans a glimpse inside her New York City hotel room during a press tour for her new fashion collaboration with Reebok.

While pointing out her unkempt hotel room, the 44-year-old revealed to viewers that her untidiness drives her husband, David Beckham, nuts. “This would be giving David a panic attack right now, a full-on panic attack,” she admitted of the cluttered space. “You know what it looks like? It looks like Victoria Beckham threw up everywhere! It’s like designer clothes everywhere.”

She added, “You can take a little look around at the chaos. So we’ve got one wardrobe full of clothes here. We’ve got another wardrobe full of clothes here. Bit of a mess everywhere. And you can see why I drive my husband crazy because he is super, super tidy. And I’m a germaphobe … Everywhere has got to be super, super clean. I mean, I disinfect everywhere, but I am a bit messy. What are you going to do?”

Victoria wasn’t kidding when she said her mess would grind the famous soccer star’s gears. In 2006, the 43-year-old stud opened up about how his battle with obsessive-compulsive disorder forces him to make “everything perfect.” In a candid interview with the Independent, David said, “I’ve got this obsessive-compulsive disorder where I have to have everything in a straight line or everything has to be in pairs. I’ll put my Pepsi cans in the fridge and if there’s one too many then I’ll put it in another cupboard somewhere.”

David and Victoria — who tied the knot in July 1999 — share their four children, sons Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 16, and Cruz, 14, and daughter Harper, 7, together. After being together for more than 20 years, rumors have often swirled that the Beckhams’ marriage could be crumbling behind-the-scenes. In April 2018, a source close to Victoria and David told Us Weekly that the couple has been leading separate lives.

“Victoria just wants an easy life — she doesn’t want stress,” the source said of the fashion designer wanting to focus on her eponymous brand while her soccer player hubby enjoys retired life. Meanwhile, David “does his own thing.” The insider added, “It’s not unusual for couples to change and grow apart.”

However, their recent outings say otherwise. In honor of Victoria’s latest fashion show at London Fashion Week, David and their four kids sat front row and supported the rockstar mama as she debuted her brand’s Autumn/Winter ’19 collection. By the looks of it, Victoria and David are waving the divorce rumors goodbye!
