Queen Elizabeth Looks Brilliant in Baby Blue While Attending 4th Royal Outing in 4 Days — See the Pics!

Elizabeth was all smiles as she arrived at Heathrow Airport in London to honor the British Airway’s centenary year. She appropriately wore a baby blue Stewart Parvin coat with a matching silk dress underneath. The queen paired her ensemble with a matching hat by Angela Kelly and white silk gloves. She accessorized with an aquamarine-colored diamond shield brooch. So pretty!

After being happily greeted with waving British flags, Queen Elizabeth kicked off her visit by meeting staff dressed in heritage uniforms. The men and women wore these specific ensembles to show how they have evolved from the 1930s to the present day. Her Majesty also met with employees who volunteer for the organization’s community program, Flying Start, whose mission is to help children secure better chances in life. We know Elizabeth can’t turn her back on an amazing organization!

Throughout her visit, the monarch was also guided through the Heritage Centre — an area that displays over 100 years of historical records, artifacts and photographs. The airline even showed Elizabeth her first-ever British Airways passenger ticket as the queen from 1953 — from a flight she took to Jamaica with Prince Philip after her coronation. Wow!

The queen even cracked a few jokes about her many years of flying, according to the Daily Mail‘s royal correspondent Rebecca English. “Having traveled so much they tend to get a bit muddled,” she quipped. The royal expert even dished that Elizabeth was also shown a photo of herself christening a plane with cider, to which she exclaimed, “Cider, not Champagne?” So funny!

As her day at the airport came to an end, the royal beauty unveiled a plaque to commemorate the visit after signing the visitor’s book. The sweet airline staff even presented Elizabeth with a stunning bouquet of flowers upon her departure. Aww!
