It has been some time since we’ve heard from former Food Network star Paula Deen but she recently had some news to share about her family.
A few days ago, Paula took to Facebook to give everyone a little update. An update that focused on her becoming a grandmother again after her youngest son, Bobby Deen, who happens to also be a chef, and his wife, Claudia Lovera, gave birth to… wait for it… triplets. That’s right. Paula revealed that Bobby and his wife gave birth to the trio three months before their due date.

#26weeks today and only 2 more weeks until we are out of the most “dangerous” zone of this triplet pregnancy! It’s hard to believe that 5 weeks ago we were faced with the possibility of losing our babies and we’re still here fighting for our little warriors. Every day I go to bed with no new symptoms is such a big blessing 🙏🏼 Thanks again for all the love, prayers and words of encouragement… now let’s get them cooking for at least 14 more days 💥 •••••••••• #26semanas hoy y solo 2 semanas más para salir de la zona más “peligrosa” de este embarazo de trillizos! 💥
“I’m just going to share a little bit of what’s been going on at my house and why I’m kinda a little late on things,” the 71-year-old chef explained on Facebook. “Bobby and Claudia’s babies came. She was 26 weeks and four days, so they’re pretty early. And if you didn’t know, Claudia was carrying triplets. To grandma, they’re just beautiful.”
Paula also revealed the names of the three newest additions to the family. “It’s two girls and a boy. It’s Linton, Olivia, and Amelia. Amelia was named after me — Amelia Ann, because my middle name is Ann. And Olivia was named after Maria — her name is Olivia Maria, and Maria is Claudia’s mother. Linton will make the fourth generation carrying the Linton name. It comes from their great-great-grandfather. Bobby and Claudia covered all the bases,” she explained.

This past month has shown us the true meaning of love and happiness… Our lives have been changed forever in the best possible way 💖💙💖 Without this man none of this would be possible and couldn’t feel more blessed to have him by my side. He makes everything so much easier, he puts things into perspective and lifts me up every time I’m feeling down. Thank you God for another day of life! In her video, Paula also mentioned that while the triplets are “all doing well,” they will stay in the hospital through the New Year. “It’s going to be a long ride for these precious three angels, but we’ve got complete faith that God’s got His arms wrapped all around them and he’s going to see them through this until they can come home. It looks like that might be January, so they’ll have to stay in the hospital [for] about three months.”
We’re certainly sending nothing but good vibes to Bobby, Claudia, and their triplets.
