Yay! Pregnant Carrie Underwood and her husband, Mike Fisher, are about to be the proud parents of two boys. The country music star revealed the gender of baby No. 2 while co-hosting the 2018 CMAs on Nov. 14 alongside Brad Paisley. “We were just so excited. It took us a while to get here, and we were just feeling so blessed,” she gushed to Taste of Country about having another boy.

The best part? Their first-born son, Isaiah, 3, isn’t going to be the only kiddo in the Underwood-Fisher household. “To find out Isaiah is going to have a baby brother, it was just great news,” Carrie proudly said.

As many speculated she would, the “Cry Pretty” singer revealed her expectant son’s gender after being begged by Brad onstage to at least give everyone a hint. “Oh, my gosh, Willie, it’s a Willie,” Carrie reluctantly yelled after Brad pestered the star by naming a plethora of male-female country duos like “Johnny or June? Keith or Nicole? Waylon or Willie?”

It’s no secret that Carrie and Mike have been wanting to give Isaiah a younger sibling for years now. However, the journey to baby No. 2 wasn’t easy for the country music star and her former NHL professional hubby.

In September, the power couple shared their daunting news that Carrie had suffered three miscarriages in just two years. Carrie admitted that part of her life was difficult. So when the “Before He Cheats” singer went to the doctor and learned she was pregnant, she couldn’t help but thank God for this blessing.

“I was like, He heard me! Not that He hasn’t in the past, but maybe, I don’t know, I just…He heard me,” Carrie said, choking back tears during her interview with CBS This Morning. Thankfully for Carrie, all she has to worry about now is having a beautiful and healthy baby boy.

“Mike and Isaiah and I are absolutely over the moon and excited to be adding another little fish to our pond,” Carrie said after revealing she’s pregnant. We are so excited for Carrie to give birth to her little bundle of joy early next year, and especially excited to see how good of a big brother Isaiah will be!
