So in love! Morgan Fairchild has a lot to be thankful for, but it seems she’s most grateful for her longtime partner, Mark Seiler. The Flamingo Road actress reveals why her businessman beau is “such a wonderful guy” while chatting with Closer Weekly.

“We’ve been together 33 years now!” the 70-year-old gushes in Closer‘s exclusive interview. “I love him so much.” Although Morgan and Mark have been together since they began dating in 1980, the Seduction alum says she’s not so sure they’ll ever walk down the aisle.

“Well, I don’t know,” she dishes. “But you know, it’s definitely long-term commitment and we’ve been together for a long time … so we may just leave it the way it is right now. We’re both getting older. ”

The Falcon Crest actress — who was previously married to ex-husband Jack Calmes from 1967 to 1973 — also tells Closer what she’s been up to in quarantine amid the coronavirus pandemic. Because Mark, 69, is “in a nursing home,” Morgan has been flying solo in lockdown.

“They’re taking very good care of him there,” she explains. “I’m very grateful that they haven’t had any cases there … [but] I’m just here.”

Although Morgan misses her handsome man, she jokes she actually feels “fortunate” to not be in quarantine with Mark. “I have a lot [of] people complaining that they’re ready to get divorced!” she quips. “So I’m here with my cats and I’m getting through it.”

In order to pass the time, the Friends alum says she has a routine. “I get up every day, I do my housework, I do my chores and I just do my exercises,” she notes. “I go for a walk … I try to eat right … I watch the news.” Morgan dishes she also fills her days talking “a lot” with her lover on FaceTime. “It’s nice,” she sweetly adds.

“It’s so fun! Very over-the-top … a lot of drama,” Morgan marvels about the new show while teasing her upcoming character. “This is me being hell on wheels and my fans that like that high drama kind of thing with a little bit of humor thrown in … I think will get a great kick out of this. It’s got a lot of fun characters, some wonderful actors and a lot of high drama and high camp.”
