Who said babies couldn’t do yoga?! Eva Longoria proved that her son, 10-month-old Santiago, is following in her fitness footsteps when she shared an adorable photo of the little youngster appearing to be doing some sort of yoga move.

Yoga baby!! Where did he learn this?” the 44-year-old captioned the incredibly adorable pic of her only son, who she shares with husband José Bastón, on Wednesday, April 24. In the snap, diaper-clad Santi can be seen bent over while mimicking what looks to be the downward-dog position — so cute!

Fans of the Desperate Housewives alum — and a bunch of Eva’s famous friends — couldn’t help but flood the comment section with sweet messages for the little boy. “Bless him!!! Xx kisses xxxx VB,” Victoria Beckham wrote. “This is my favorite pic of him so far,” Mario Lopez added. Even Lisa Rinna shared some insight. “They say before a baby is born they do all 108 yoga poses in the womb!” she wrote with a pink heart.

Perhaps the adorable tot has been keeping an eye on his superstar mama, who has been getting her post-baby body in shape after previously opening up about the struggle of working out after giving birth. “Eva has been inspired by the likes of [Jennifer Lopez] and other fit celebs in their 40s, and she’s got the fitness bug big time,” an insider exclusively told Closer Weekly in February. “But she wants to take this a step further and is going all-out to bulk up and achieve a body that’s both shredded and jacked at the same time.”

The source added that while Eva has always been into perfecting her killer physique, her workout regime has changed drastically since welcoming baby Santi. “She’s drawn up a whole new diet consisting of tons of protein and healthy energy snacks that fire her up for hardcore gym workouts — two hours a day at a minimum. She’s lifting kettlebells and free weights at home, too, that’s how dedicated she is to pulling this off.”

This past December, the Brooklyn Nine-Nine actress got candid about why she took six months off from hitting the gym after welcoming her first child last June. “I really gave my body time to adjust to postpartum and post-pregnancy,” she admitted to Us Weekly at the time. “You know, it had a baby! It created a human life, so I really wasn’t too hard about getting back into shape.” Don’t worry Eva, you look better than ever!
