Lookin’ good, Eva Longoria! Just nine months after giving birth to her first baby, son Santiago Bastón, the 44-year-old mom is already back in the gym and breaking a sweat. Eva took to Instagram on Saturday, April 13, to share a photo of her new post-baby body and, judging by the pic, you can’t even tell that she delivered a baby almost a year ago!

“Saturday workout!” she penned the caption before giving pal Victoria Beckham a shout-out. “Thank you @victoriabeckham for my new gear!! 💪🏼.” After seeing the gorgeous pic, Victoria instantly replied. “Looking so good!!! X kisses x VB,” the former Spice Girls singer commented back. How sweet!

Even though Eva probably spends a lot of long hours in the gym to get her killer physique, the former Desperate Housewives star says eating healthy is just as important as working out because they go hand-in-hand. “People say they eat well but they don’t exercise. Or they run 20 miles a day but they can’t lose weight. You have to do both,” the actress told Vogue Australia in a previous interview.

Eva’s clean diet has helped give her the fuel that she needs to put in a lot of hours in the gym. “I could easily be a vegetarian because I love vegetables so much and I feel like Los Angeles is a place that can support healthy living,” Eva once shared to InStyle. “I love cooking with vegetables and I have a secret for cooking with vegetables, [which] is that they don’t need a lot. A lot of people cover them in cheese or cover them in a sauce, and vegetables really only need olive oil.”

However, when Eva is at home with baby Santiago, she likes to cuddle up with him and share a tasty snack. “Us. Just chilling and eating bread. #Moments 😂,” she wrote on Instagram alongside a pic of her son and herself chowing down. Eva is the best mom!
