Céline Dion is coming to The Voice!
The 48-year-old singer will join the hit reality show on Season 12 as coach Gwen Stefani's mentor, she confirmed via Twitter on Friday, Jan. 27.
“Very excited to join @GwenStefani on @NBCTheVoice as #TeamGwen’s advisor for [Battle Rounds!]” Céline wrote on the micro-blogging site.
"Two Queens. One team. Welcome @CelineDion to #TheVoice as #TeamGwen’s advisor this season! ?" the show's official Twitter handle tweeted following Céline's exciting announcement.
Later on Friday, Gwen, 47, and Céline gushed about their new partnership on the Today show. “To get like the prize right here, everybody’s going to be so mad — the other coaches — that I got you. So excited," Gwen told the mom-of-three.
“I am blown away by [Céline's] unbelievable story. Having this unbelievable gift to be able to speak through music to the whole world," Gwen continued.
“I know Gwen very well,” Céline chimed in. “I mean, I know her career, I know how beautiful she is all the time. She’s so beautiful and I’m still jealous."
“I’m just not gonna say a word," Gwen interjected. "I’m just absorbing this moment right now. This is happening to me right now."
Gwen — who is a mom-of-three, too! — previously joined The Voice as a coach alongside Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Pharrell Williams for Season 7 in 2012. She returned as as a judge in Season 9 and served as a mentor in Seasons 8 and 10.
In addition to Céline, Season 12 will also feature mentors John Legend, DJ Khaled, and Luke Bryan with coaches Blake, Adam, Gwen and Alicia Keys.
Season 12 of The Voice is set to premiere on Monday, Feb. 27 at 8 p.m. EST on NBC. We can't wait to see Céline's debut on the show!
