As one of the richest women in the world, Oprah Winfrey admits she gets hit up for money all the time. But you'll never believe how much people typically ask to "borrow" from the billionaire mogul!
“This is what I find, people ask for money based on what they think you have,” she recently revealed.
“When I was making $22,000 a year, people always needed $50. Then when I moved to $50,000 a year, people always needed $500.”

So what do they ask for now that she's worth roughly $2.9 billion?
“Now nobody needs anything less than $50,000,” she told TMZ with a smile.
The former talk show host, who reportedly made $77 million last year in earnings, currently tops Forbes' annual 100 Power Players list as the most powerful celebrity in the world.
But the 60-year-old isn't keeping all the cash for herself! She has spent over $100 million on her Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa, which was founded in 2007.
Currently, however, the network executive is hopeful fans will shell out their own dough to see her on a national empowerment tour set to launch this autumn.
The Oscar nominee will visit eight cities for a two-day arena event called "Oprah's The Life You Want Weekend," with tickets starting at $99 and reaching $999.
