Kate Hudson Reveals the "Meaningful" Mother's Day Gift She's Giving Mom Goldie Hawn - Closer Weekly

In a new interview, Kate, 37, adorably dished on the “meaningful” gift she’s giving Goldie, 70, for Mother’s Day.

“[I’m writing her] a letter,” the How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days actress told [Entertainment Tonight](http://www.etonline.com/news/187730katehudsonrevealshermeaningfulmotherdaygiftformomgoldiehawn/) on Thursday, April 28. “Mom likes [sentimental], meaningful things.”

“Really, just [having her family] together makes all of us happy,” Kate added, referring to her mom’s longtime partner, Kurt Russell, and Kate’s siblings, Oliver Hudson, 39, Boston Russell, 36, and Wyatt Russell, 29.

In a previous interview, Kate similarly gushed about her close relationship with mom Goldie. “I’ve always had a really super open relationship with her,” she said. “I talk about everything. I’m like the person who comes home and can’t hide anything.” Love it!
