They're ready for their big comeback! Former Today stars Billy Bush and Tamron Hall are both planning a TV return following their highly-publicized exits from the NBC morning show, Us Weekly reported. The two are allegedly pitching separate ideas for a chance to get back into daytime television.
Billy was abruptly fired from Today last fall after a video of him listening to crude remarks current President Donald Trump made about women went viral. His firing led to a subsequent divorce from his wife of nearly 20 years, Sydney Davis.

A source reveals, "Billy Bush has been pitching a news or news talk show for the morning, starring himself. No one is biting or picking it up. He’s still not someone networks want to touch and comes with too much baggage." Ouch...
Soon after Billy's exit, Tamron decided to quit Today after she reportedly found out that Megyn Kelly would be taking her spot minutes before going on air. She released a statement at the time. "The last 10 years have been beyond anything I could have imagined, and I’m grateful," Tamron said earlier this year. "I’m also very excited about the next chapter. To all my great colleagues, I will miss you and I will be rooting for you."
She was in the process of working on a talk show with Harvey Weinstein over the summer, but now that the famed producer is in the midst of many sexual harassment allegations, the fate of that project is unclear. "Tamron and her team have been pitching a talk show for her," an insider added of Tamron's current plans. "They think it could be big."
We're not going to lie, we've missed seeing them both on our TV screens, and we hope their attempts at coming back work out for the best!
