Actress Soleil Moon Frye is sending advice across the pond to pregnant Duchess Meghan Markle. In a new interview, mom-of-four Soleil, 42, dished on the one thing that she couldn’t have gone without during her pregnancies.

“Just a good support system more than anything,” Soleil said at the Friendly House 29th Annual Awards Luncheon in Beverly Hills on Saturday, Oct. 27, according to Us Weekly. “Support system is, to me, the most important thing at this stage.” Soleil also said that Meghan, 37, should invite “Demi [Moore] in the birthing room,” which is a running joke since the celeb mom revealed in August that Demi helped deliver her children.

The Punky Brewster actress is married to Jason Goldberg and the two share four children, Poet, 12, Jagger, 10, Lyric, 4, and Story, 2. In a past interview with Us Weekly, Soleil elaborated on the fact that Demi helped deliver all four of her children. “She’s like a doctor. She’s like, ‘Alright. I’m here. Step back everybody,'” she recalled. “Demi gets the phone with the doctor, she’s like, ‘’f you’re not gonna do it, I’m gonna do it.’ She was ready. But then [the doctor] walked in and within five minutes, the baby popped out.” Soleil also admitted that she prefers it that way. “She’s been in all my birth rooms,” she said of her friend.

After Soleil gave birth to her youngest child, Story, she lost a whopping 40 pounds. The actress admitted that although it’s different for everyone, new mothers shouldn’t feel pressured to lose the baby weight right away while noting that she spent the majority of her time focusing on Story but still tried to find time for herself. “We put everything into loving and supporting our kids, but we still have ourselves. I hope that I can inspire other mothers to make time for themselves and take the steps toward living a happier, healthier life,” she once revealed to E! News.

Hopefully, mom-to-be Meghan will be able to take some of this advice to use it while preparing for her little one to come. The news of the royal baby was announced when Kensington Palace recently confirmed via social media that Meghan is pregnant with her and Prince Harry‘s first child.

“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” the palace said in a statement on Oct. 15. “Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.” The royal couple has now been on their first overseas tour since being married, and we look forward to them heading back home once the tour concludes to see how Meghan and Harry will spend the remainder of her pregnancy!
