In a new interview with People, the mother-of-one admits she doesn’t work out.
“Some people have the discipline to exercise in the morning, and I didn’t develop that,” she tells the publication.
“I don’t have time to exercise. I am working. I’ve had some 20-hours days!” the actress says, adding she stays in shape by doing muscle workouts she learned from a woman in London. “She taught me to tone [my muscles] without clenching them.”
Salma and François-Henri
Salma, who’s mom to seven-year-old daughter Valentina with hubby François-Henri Pinault, also made headlines this week for admitting she’s not a big fan of Botox.
“I don’t believe in Botox, especially when [people] do it so young. They destroy themselves. They keep telling young girls, ‘Do it young, so you never get wrinkles.’ No, your face is going to fall. You’ll have to keep getting more and more and more each time. So if you’re going to do it, I recommend doing it as late as you can," she additionally told People.
