We look at Prince William now and we may be shocked to hear that he was trouble as a kid. We look at Prince Harry now and… well, that actually doesn’t surprise us too much.

According to biographer Robert Jobson, who has a book out now titled Charles at Seventy – Thoughts, Hopes & Dreams, William and Harry weren’t the easiest to deal with as kids. And that’s information, according to Daily Star, that an unnamed former police protection officer was able to tell Jobson. Jobson reveals in his biography that the two brothers used to pee in their dad’s garden and even ruin his plants using their go-karts. In other words, they were pretty awful. In fact, William and Harry were such a headache that one of Princess Diana’s personal protection officers allegedly once fired a bunch of bullets into a tree because he was pissed (pun maybe intended) off at them.

The unnamed PPO even had some advice for his eventual replacement: “Good luck, you’re going to need it. If these kids were brought up on a council estate somewhere in south London they’d have been taken into care by now.”

Jobson also said of William and Harry’s behavior as children, “William and Harry would roam around Highgrove, relieving themselves from the top of the giant haystack in the garden, much to the annoyance of their papa.”

Look, who hasn’t relieved themselves in a garden as a kid? I’m pretty sure some people still do it as adults. If they have themselves quite a night at a local bar, that is. But while William and Harry were nightmares as children, I think it’s pretty safe to say that they grew up to be pretty respectable guys. And I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that they live a pretty nice life. That’s just a solid guess on my end, folks.
