So exciting! Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, are currently on a royal tour of Australia, and during their latest event, Harry, 34, awkwardly (but adorably!) spoke out about Meghan’s pregnancy for the first time. The cute moment was thankfully caught on camera by ABC and shared via the Good Morning America Twitter account on Tuesday, Oct. 16.

“But genuinely, thank you for the incredibly warm welcome, and the chance to meet so many Aussies from all walks of life, and we also genuinely couldn’t think of a better place to announce the upcoming baby, be it a boy or a girl. So thank you very, very much,” Harry said in a speech. Watch the video below!

During Harry’s message, Meghan, 37, couldn’t help but crack a sweet smile once her husband mentioned their baby. Seriously, the moment was precious! The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced that they’re expecting their first child through an official statement posted to the Kensington Royal Instagram account just one day earlier on Monday, Oct. 15.

“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” the announcement read. “Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”

Vanity Fair later reported that Meghan is 12 weeks along and “feeling well and in good health.” Royal commentator Emily Nash also revealed via Twitter that Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland is “is very happy about this lovely news and is looking forward to welcoming her first grandchild.” We’re so happy for you, Meghan and Harry!
