What a night! Prince Charles was joined by all of his closest friends — including George Clooney and his wife, Amal Clooney — to help celebrate the 70-year-old royal’s The Prince’s Trust Group at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday, March 12.
For the dinner party, George, 57, threw on a dashing black bowtie that complimented his fitted black suit while Amal, 41, donned a floor-length white ballgown that was just as beautiful as her. Charles entertained his guests — also including Chiwetel Ejiofor from 12 Years a Slave, Josh Hartnett from Lucky Number Slevin and Benedict Cumberbatch from The Imitation Game — at the event since they are good friends who support his trust group.
The party was organized for the donors, ambassadors and supporters of the Prince’s Trust International, which Charles founded in 2015 to help the U.K.’s disadvantaged young people. According to the organization’s website, they “create opportunities for young people in communities around the world to thrive and support them to build their skills and confidence.”
