The woman Meghan Markle was in 2014 vowed to live a “life less stifled” and hoped to “take a risk,” she reportedly wrote in her now-deleted lifestyle blog, The Tig. As of lately, though, the actress-turned-Duchess has allegedly been feuding with her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, and is reportedly being a nuisance to palace aids.

Three years ago, the 37-year-old apparently took to her blog to write a New Year’s message for her fans ahead of 2015, long before she met her now-husband, Prince Harry. The theme of her post was discovering more happiness in the new year.

The brunette beauty supposedly wrote, “May this year bring you endless joy. I hope you take a risk, that you do something that gives you butterflies in the pit of your belly, that you live a life less stifled, and that you exceed your own expectations,” Page Six recently reported. “You absolutely can and you absolutely must.”

Meghan was starring as her role of Rachel Zane in Suits at the time of the post, and the now-royal revealed that she was “without question this is the happiest I have ever been — personally, professionally, wholly.” Aww — we can only imagine how she feels now!

The Duchess also admitted that The Tig was a way for her to be her genuine self. “Simply speaking, I am the vehicle. But this Tig thing… that was all me. My thoughts, my words, my likes, my ethos. If you didn’t like it, then you probably didn’t like me.”

Unfortunately for fans, Meghan announced that she was shutting down both The Tig and her Instagram page in 2016 after it was reported that she began dating Harry, 34. “What began as a passion project (my little engine that could) evolved into an amazing community of inspiration, support, fun, and frivolity,” Meghan reportedly said in a statement. “You’ve made my days brighter and filled this experience with so much joy. Keep finding those Tig moments of discovery, keep laughing and taking risks, and keep being the change you wish to see in the world.”

Even though royal life can get stressful sometimes, and little tiffs between family members can arise, we imagine the Duchess still lives by her 2015 mantra of living a less-worrisome life. Especially with her first child expected to arrive in spring 2019!
