What a nice treat! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle took to the Kensington Palace Instagram account on Friday, Dec. 14 to share their 2018 Christmas card, and the royal duo sweetly gave us a peek back at their May wedding.

The black and white snapshot — which was taken from behind — features the Duke and Duchess of Sussex staring at fireworks during the night of their reception. “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are delighted to share a new photograph from their Wedding Reception at Frogmore House on 19th May. The photograph, which was taken by photographer Chris Allerton, features on Their Royal Highnesses’ Christmas card this year,” the caption read. This photo came moments after Kate Middleton and Prince William’s family’s card!

Fans immediately took to the comments to express their joy on the never-before-seen photo, as you could imagine. “Absolutely beautiful photo of the royal highnesses. My favorite royal couple and their effortlessly natural example of true love, elegance, and class,” one fan wrote. Another added, “He’s always so engaged with her. Their love is so beautiful to witness.” One fan noted something we were all thinking! “Oh Harry and Meghan, that baby bump making it almost three should have been in your Christmas card. But it’s still a beautiful and loving picture of the two.”

Harry, 34, and pregnant Meghan, 37, are gearing up for their first Christmas as a married couple and they are planning to celebrate at Sandringham with Queen Elizabeth and the rest of the royal family. It’s even been reported that Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, will be in attendance! However, Meg and Harry may have to celebrate Christmas morning apart due to a funky royal tradition.

Here’s hoping next year’s Christmas card features baby No. 1 — specifically a front-facing pic of the new family-of-three!
