Kate Middleton and Prince William Visit North Wales Days After Their Royal Nephew Archie Is Born
What a lovely day! Instead of staying at home with their kids at Kensington Palace, Prince William and Kate Middleton put on their comfy jackets for a fun royal outing with the scouts!
They arrived to North Wales on Wednesday, May 8, just two days after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle welcomed their son, Archie. Though there aren’t any pics of Kate and William meeting their new nephew as yet, we’re sure they — and their children Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and Prince Louis, 1 — paid Archie a visit before they headed off to Wales.
“It’s really exciting for both of them,” Kate, 37, told a Daily Express reporter about Harry and Meg becoming parents. “These next few weeks, it’s always very daunting first time around so wish them all the best.” The best thing about Archie’s birthday too is that it’s so close to Charlotte and Louis’.
“It’s such a special time — with Louis and Charlotte just having had their birthdays. It’s such a great time of the year to have a baby. Spring’s in the air, so it’s really great,” Kate added, before William, 36, chimed in. “I hope in the next few days they can settle down and enjoy having a new boy in the family and all the, sort of, joys that come with that.”
