Kate Hudson Shows Off Her Impressive Post-Baby Body Less Than 2 Months After Giving Birth To Baby No. 3
It’s been less than two months since Kate Hudson gave birth to baby No. 3, but the actress is already whipping her post-baby body into shape. “So…here we go! The routine with our baby is getting more familiar and I’m ready to start taking a little time in the day focusing on myself,” Kate said in her Instagram post on Thursday, Nov. 29 announcing that she’s never been more motivated to focus on her health.
In the photo, the 39-year-old is seen wearing a sports bra, leggings, and a happy smile on her face. She is also showing off her very impressive post-baby body. See the pic below!
The superstar mama admitted that while “kids take the number one position,” it’s important for women to take the time to focus on what makes them happy and healthy. “Because I am on a mission right now to get back to my fighting weight and my strong body/mind back I want to bring you in on some of this journey,” Kate said in the caption.
The mom-of-three even announced that you can get healthy with her! “Pretty Happy” is a health and wellness Instagram account that is run by Kate and based off her book, Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body. The Fabletics designer shared that the account will be posting everything from “tidbits” and “exercises” to healthy “food and recipes.”
We can’t imagine how exciting and rewarding this must feel for the How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days star. It’s definitely not going to be easy, though. Kate just gave birth to the beautiful Rani Rose on Oct 2. Alongside her boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa, the couple welcomed their first baby girl into the family.
The Bride Wars actress is also the mom to her sons, Bingham, 7, from her relationship with ex-fiancé Matt Bellamy and Ryder, 14, from her marriage to ex-husband Chris Robinson. The blonde beauty says she wants to get back into shape because she wants to “be around a long time for these three kiddos.”
Kate says her goal is to lose a whopping 25 pounds. She shared, “I want to do all this and keep up milk production, raise my kids, work every day, make time for my man, have girlfriend time, and stay sane! I know that this sounds more like a new year resolution but after Thanksgiving and everyone thanking their health, I feel motivated to keep that up.”
