They are getting the knack of it! Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been all about parenthood since giving birth to their first child, baby Archie.

The Duchess of Sussex, 37, has “really taken to motherhood,” an insider tells Us Weekly. “She’s so soft and gentle with Archie.” As for her husband, 34, he has “been a very hands-on dad.” “He’s on diaper duty,” the source adds. The royal couple’s baby was born on May 6, and he is quite the popular fella — he has already met notable people, including Queen Elizabeth and Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland.

“This afternoon Their Royal Highnesses introduced Her Majesty The Queen to her eighth great-grandchild at Windsor Castle,” the statement on the proud parents’ Instagram read. “The Duke of Edinburgh and The Duchess’ mother were also present for this special occasion.” Archie’s tour didn’t stop there though, as he also met one of his mother’s best pals, Serena Williams.

“Serena loved meeting Archie and catching up with Meghan,” an insider exclusively told Closer Weekly. “She gave her pal lots of tips about motherhood before Archie was born and thinks she’s an amazing mom. She’s really impressed by how Meghan’s such a natural with Archie.” The tennis great also didn’t come empty-handed.

“Serena bought Archie a cute little outfit amongst other gifts. She thinks he’s absolutely adorable,” the source added.

Everyone is of course gushing about the newest member of the royal family, but it should come as no surprise that his parents are the ones that are the most head over heels in love with him. “He said he’s getting used to the baby and how Archie has fitted into family life,” mother-of-two Amy Scullard revealed after she had a conversation with the Duke of Sussex during his visit to the Children’s Hospital in Oxford.

“He said he just feels part of the family and he can’t imagine life without his son,” she added. Adorable!
