For reality stars Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar, they may be raising 19 kids but they certainly don't let their big brood distract them from much-needed alone time...especially when it comes to physical intimacy!
Michelle believes it's important to always "say yes [to sex]...even when you're tired." The devout Christian is quick to remember advice she was given on her wedding day.
"In your marriage there will be times you're going to be very exhausted," shares Michelle. "Anyone can fix him lunch, but only one person can meet that physical need of love that he has."
She adds, "You always need to be available when he calls."
Jim Bob has no problems with that arrangement! "We're like a newlywed couple every day!" the 48-year-old dad happily exclaims.
The couple are getting ready to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary this July and Michelle fondly remembers the first date she shared with her future husband, whom she describes as "polite," "well-mannered" and "kind."
She says she didn't know Jim Bob before he asked her to a high school banquet, explaining how both teens were so nervous that neither could eat their dinner.
It wasn't until later in the night, when they bonded over the Bible for four hours, that Michelle realized he was the one.
"It was so amazing," remembers Michelle. "[Jim Bob] opened up the Bible and was just sharing so much wonderful information with me."
The Arkansas-native adds, "I just knew right then that first evening."

The pair were married on July 21, 1984 and are still conscious three decades later of not getting dragged down by the humdrum of married life.
Jim Bob says he sends Michelle "I love you" texts frequently and the two make time for date nights, which typically consist of visiting their favorite ice cream parlor.
The famous couple even shared that they may continue to expand their family if it's part of God's plan for their lives. "We shall see if that is a possibility. If not, we are so thankful and grateful for the ones that God has given us so far," says Michelle.
For now, the duo keeps busy raising nine daughters and ten sons, ranging in age from 26 to 4, though eldest son Josh is already married with three kids of his own!
Looks like no matter what happens, there are still an awful lot of diapers in the Duggar family's future!
