Everyone should get ready to collectively “aww” because it is being reported that Prince Charles has a framed photo of himself walking Meghan Markle down the aisle on display at his London Home. Have you said “aww” yet?

According to Daily Mail Royal Correspondent Rebecca English, the 70-year-old Duke of Cornwall has a black and white photograph from the royal wedding in the Morning Room of Clarence House. Charles was of course leading Meghan to the arms of her husband, Prince Harry.

Here is what Rebecca had to say about her reported encounter with the photo:

“At Clarence House today I spotted a framed black and white photograph (in the public area) of the Prince of Wales walking his soon to be daughter-in-law, Meghan Markle, towards the altar at St George’s Chapel,” Rebecca revealed. “It was very touching – and shows how much the moment meant to him.” The black and white photo reportedly resides near a formal family portrait of the wedding, as well as a photo of Charles’ grandmother, the late Queen Mother, who was of course Queen Elizabeth‘s mom.

Charles ended up walking his future daughter-in-law down the aisle after Meghan’s own father, Thomas Markle, was unable to and pulled out at the last minute. And because of that millions of people got to see the perfect moment of Charles and Megan locked hand-in-hand. “I think he knew it was coming,” Harry once said of his father walking Meghan down the aisle. “He immediately said, ‘Yes, of course, I’ll do whatever Meghan needs and I’m here to support you.”

We honestly just hope that reading this story actually inspires you to dust off your wedding photo that you keep in the bottom drawer and showcase it for all to see. If your wedding photo has been replaced by divorce papers then it’s completely up to you if you want to proudly showcase that in your own Morning Room.
