It seems like Matt Lauer refuses to go away. After recent reports that the disgraced former Today anchor was planning to return to television one year after being fired after being accused of sexual harassment and assault, a new report is now revealing that Matt is also planning on writing a tell-all book about his time working at Today.

A source tells In Touch that Matt’s book will also include all about his feuds with former colleagues Ann Curry and Megyn Kelly, his 20 year marriage to wife Annette Roque, and of course all about his complete fall from the top. “He’s going to give a blow-by-blow of his dramatic dismissal and reveal what really happened behind closed doors at NBC when he was there for two decades,” a source reveals, adding, “He’ll also take a long, hard look at himself and ask for the world’s forgiveness. Although he won’t say NBC was right to fire him, he will take responsibility for his behavior.”

It’s going to be tough for anyone to forgive Matt, especially since we all know that he allegedly locked a former NBC employee in his office and sexually assaulted her, allegedly coerced a former production assistant to have sex with him in a public restroom, and especially since he was just an all-around creep. Again…allegedly. All accusations that Matt has denied, and the source says, “Matt is sticking to his denial in the book.” The source also adds that Matt may reportedly command up to $20 million for the book. Although you’re all probably going to be able to read the best excerpts online.

The source also decides to take a stab at what else Matt may discuss. The source’s guess? Megyn. “He knows certain things about Megyn’s past that will shock everyone,” the source says, sounding like a TV ad for a weekly drama show. “She was gunning for him ever since she got to NBC, and she’s going to live to regret it,” the source adds. Annette probably won’t have anything negative come up about her in the book, as the source says, “She’s the mother of his children. She’s also one of the few people in his life these days,” the source continues, adding, “Matt is living a very lonely life out in the Hamptons. He doesn’t want to make matters worse by alienating Annette even more. There’s a lot riding on this [the book]. His hope is that it brings him some respect and credibility back.”

Good luck with that Matt.
