Joanna Gaines Shares Hilarious Video of Son Crew Smelling Kale in Their Garden
Farm life ain’t for everybody, but it’s definitely for Chip Gaines, wife Joanna Gaines and their children! The Fixer Upper stars’ son Crew adorably went into their garden to check out the plants and while there, stopped to smell the kale!
Like always, Joanna documented the cute, yet hilarious, moment on her Instagram Stories. While pointing her camera at the baby, she watched her 19-month-old go from plant to plant sniffing kale. At one point, he leaned so far over that he almost fell into the garden. Thankfully though, he was safe.
With son Crew and his siblings — Drake, 15, Ella, 14, Duke, 11, and Emmie, 10 — at home, it’s hard to believe Joanna, 41, and Chip, 45, would want more kids. However, the dad of five says he could welcome one more baby into his life.
“I could see Crew having a little sibling and me being like, ‘I love this woman!’” the red-haired hunk revealed on Today in October 2019.
Joanna jokingly added, “When I’m 50, Chip’s going to want more kids. Just know, this is going to be the headline forever: ‘Jo’s pregnant. Again.’”
Before the two lovebirds met each other, Chip was a completely differently guy. He admits he was really “selfish” until he settled down with his wife. “It felt like there was this real transition. I matured and grew up,” he explained about how the dark-haired beauty changed him. “It just kind of clicked in my brain: ‘This is going to work.’”
Everything didn’t come easy though. The TV personality had to learn how to be with somebody. “I had to make a lot of changes,” Chip said. “I had to be a better person. But when I thought about the idea of being an 80-year-old man sitting on a rocking chair with my beautiful wife, and for she and I to have made it [that far], I got really excited.” How sweet!
