L.A.’s Finest actress Jessica Alba is ending the stigma about going to therapy! When she recently attended Her Campus Media’s eighth annual Her Conference on Saturday, June 1, she revealed she attends therapy with her 10-year-old daughter, Honor, and has no shame about it.

“Some people think, like in my family, you talk to a priest and that’s it. I don’t really feel comfortable talking to him about my feelings,” Jessica, 38, explained. “I didn’t grow up in an environment where you talked about this stuff, and it was just like shut it down and keep it moving, so I find a lot of inspiration just in talking to my kids.”

Jessica admitted that going to therapy has been helping her “learn to be a better mother to [Honor] and communicate better with her.” Since their relationship has gotten so much better, Jessica might plan on taking her younger daughter, Haven, 7, to therapy with her sometime soon.

Along with Honor and Haven, Jessica is also a proud mama to her 1-year-old son, Hayes, all of whom she shares with husband Cash Warren. While recently speaking to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show, Jessica admitted that Hayes is “the cutest” of her three kids and he loves spending time with his doting dad.

“Everything is dada, daddy, da-da. He loves Cash — it doesn’t even make sense,” she joked. “Cash will walk in … [Hayes will] just hear the door open … and he’ll be like Dadaaaaa from his highchair, like ‘Please get me out of this chair, away from all these women.’”

Plus, Hayes gets along very well with his older sister. “Honor is not as good with Hayes as Haven,” she said. “[Haven] literally has an American Girl doll on one hip and Hayes on the other hip.”

Jessica’s baby may not realize it, but he has a very loving family!
